How do I claim my BT Reward Card?
Official BT advice
You must claim your BT Reward Card within 3 months of placing your order and entering your details here Direct with BT », and must activate the card within 3 months of issuance.
If installed prior to 31-Oct: Following a successful claim, your card will be sent to the broadband installation address.
