What is BT Complete WIFI?
If you add the ‘Complete Wi-Fi’ option to your order, you will receive a Wi-Fi Disc (additional booster hub). Together with the main BT Smart Hub and available app – most customers are able to obtain a good level of WIFI signal throughout their home.
This is backed by BT’s guarantee – “If one Wi-Fi Disc doesn’t give you a strong signal in every room, we’ll send you up to two more discs free of charge. If you still don’t have reliable wi-fi in every room, you can get £100 back“.
What is BT Hybrid Connect?
Hybrid Connect works in-conjunction with your BT Smart Hub. If you opt for this optional extra, then your BT Smart Hub will automatically connect you to EE’s mobile network if there are any outages or issues with your connection. You are also able to connect right away while you are waiting for your BT Fibre broadband to be activated. Hybrid Connect also assists additional WIFI discs, which is particularly good for those bigger households with hard to reach signal areas.

How do I claim my BT Reward Card?
You must claim your Reward card once your broadband is installed and you have 3 months from this date to claim. Claim your reward card by visiting here » and logging in with your BT ID. You must activate the card within 3 months of receipt. Following a successful claim, your card will be sent to the broadband installation address.
