We endeavor to help you with any queries related to Sky products and services featured on our site. Please note, that information and opinions provided by us are independent and based on the official current offers from Sky. You should always refer to the terms and conditions before you checkout, so you fully understand your contractual obligations and how to claim any eligible Sky Rewards. T&C’s are clearly stated at the footer of your basket before you complete your order.

When we are available online you will see a Help option (bottom right), simply activate this by clicking and opening the help box. If we are unavailable please leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

Please only contact us if:

  • You have browsed through our FAQ’s on our homepage but you feel you need further assistance.
  • You are having difficulty understanding a particular Sky deal and are confused by some of the details.
  • You need assistance with an aspect of this site.
  • Something is broken on this site such as a link or an offer does not work.

We are normally able to respond straight away if not the same day and will advise you were possible. Please note, if your query relates to an existing order you have already placed with Sky Digital, then please contact Sky directly on 08442 411 653
