So for example; a Sky TV customer can order an Samsung Galaxy S9 with unlimited calls & texts, plus data for just £29.00 per month with no upfront cost. Then, month-by-month extra or less data can be added/deducted to your subscription if and when you require flexibility. Finally, depending on whether you opted for ‘Swap12’ or ‘Swap24’ – you can change your handset to one of the latest devices every 12/24 months. |

12-month minimum term. Free unlimited calls and texts will end on cancellation of TV subscription and standard published prices will apply (currently £10 a month). Inclusive calls to UK landlines (01, 02 and 03) and inclusive calls and texts to UK mobile numbers (07) (excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, indirect access and 070/076 numbers). Calls and texts to other numbers are chargeable (including to international destinations and when roaming). Recurring optional extras stay on your account each month until cancelled. Sky Mobile – Swap – Term and Conditions summary
If you buy a phone from us, you will automatically be enrolled in either our ‘Swap 12’ or ‘Swap 24’ equipment upgrade programme (we’ll confirm which one when you place your order). This gives you the option to sell your phone back to us at any time during the agreed Swap window.
When you purchase your equipment we will give you a Swap option price. You can check this at any time in My Sky or by asking us.
Before you confirm you want to Swap, we’ll tell you how much we’ll buy your phone back for and the impact this will have on any loan you have from us.

If your phone is in full working order (with no damage), the market value adjustment does not apply and you exercise the Swap option as soon as you are eligible, the price we pay for it will be the same as the Swap option price we give you when you first buy your phone.
