I already have Netflix, what happens?

If you already have a Netflix subscription this will be transferred to Sky when you subscribe to the Ultimate On Demand pack. Your payments to Netflix will stop until you cancel your Sky subscription. After which time Netflix will collect payment if you keep your subscription live with them.
How about Netflix Premium on Sky in Ultra HD?

You need to add the Netflix Premium for Ultra HD to access Netflix on Sky Stream and Glass in this format. This costs £8 per month. On Sky Q, customers need to add the HD pack (£9 per month) or Ultra HD pack (£13 per month).
Which Netflix plan is included?

The Netflix basic plan is included with all Sky TV services (Sky Ultimate TV). The Standard plan is avabie on Sky Stream and Glass for £4 extra per month. The Premium plan cost £8 extra per month. On Sky Q, if you add the HD pack (£9 per month) then you will receive the standard plan. Take the Ultra HD pack (£13 per month) and you will be automatically upgraded to the premium plan.
How many screens can I watch Netflix on simultaneously?

You can watch on 1 screen at a time as standard with Sky TV services. With Sky Stream and Glass, Netflix Standard offers 2 screen accessibility (£4 per month) and Netflix Premium 8 screen access (£8 per month). On Sky Q, watch on 2 devices with the HD pack (£9 per month) and 4 devices with the Ultra HD pack (£13 per month).
Do I need Sky Ultimate TV to watch Netflix?

No, you can add the Netflix app via the Sky Stream, Sky Glass and Sky Q platform User Interfaces and access your profiles. However, it will normally cost you more to subscribe to Netflix separately, and as a new Sky TV Customer Netflix comes as part of your Sky TV subscription. This can be cancelled at the end of you 31-day or 18 month contract (depending on choice of subscription).
